LoomCamp Bot: Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
- Who we are. The LoomCamp Bot ("the Bot") is run by Loomcamp. Contact: hello@loomcamp.com.
- What the Bot does. The Bot works only inside the LoomCamp Discord server. It assigns roles, creates private member channels, sends reminders and program messages, and records the progress information you submit.
- Using the Bot. By using the LoomCamp server and the Bot, you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service. You must be allowed to use Discord in your country.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or try to get around the Bot. Don't use it to send spam or harmful content. We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
- Program content. Guidance, templates and AI agents shared through LoomCamp are for education and productivity. You decide what you send to clients or platforms such as Upwork, and you remain responsible for following those platforms' rules. We don't guarantee any income or business result.
- Availability. The Bot is provided "as is." It may change, pause or stop at any time, and we aren't liable for lost data or interruptions.
- Payments. Purchases are processed by Whop and covered by the refund policy shown at checkout.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, LoomCamp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Bot. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Bot means you accept the updated terms.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
