LoomCamp Bot: Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your Discord user ID, username and roles; messages you send in LoomCamp channels the Bot manages; the forms you submit (intake, daily logs); and your email from Whop so we can match your purchase.
Why we collect it
To give you access, track your progress, send reminders, and improve the program. With your consent, we share anonymised totals, such as cohort results, publicly.
Who else sees it
Our service providers (Discord, Whop, our form and spreadsheet tools, and AI tools that help us process your submissions). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
While you're a member, and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
